This service is ideal if you are on regular medication with a repeat prescription with us at Higgins Pharmacy. Once your prescription is on file you can opt in to the Text & Collect Service.
If you collect medication regularly and opt into the Text & Collect Service your prescription will be prepared in advance of your regular collection date and you will receive a text informing you it is ready for collection. We will also remind you when you need to renew your prescription with your doctor.
A little bit about privacy
By opting in to this service you have given Higgins Pharmacy permission to text you to announce that your repeat prescription is due and when your prescription requires renewing. Under no circumstances will your phone number or prescription details be shared with any outside party. Confidential information regarding medication will never be sent by text.
